Do I need to open an account in order to shop with you?

No, you don’t need to. You can make purchases and check out as a guest everytime. However, by setting up an account with us, it will allow you to order without having to enter your details every time you shop with us. You can sign up right now, or you can first start shopping and create your account before you check out at the shopping cart page.

How do I /create an account?

Please click on “Login/Register” followed by "Create An Account" and fill in your personal particulars.

How do I order?

Shop for the items you want and add it to your shopping cart. When you have finished, you can proceed to your shopping cart and check out. Check and ensure that all information is correct before confirming your purchases and payment.

How do I pay for my orders?

We accept a variety of payment methods for your convenience, including PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Shop Pay, META and all major credit and debit cards like VISA, Mastercard and American Express.

Can I amend and cancel my order?

Unfortunately we are unable to cancel an order once it has been placed. This will allow us to pack your orders efficiently and to minimize errors. It is advisable to check your order before placing it.

I have a discount code, how can I use it?

To use your discount code, simply enter it at checkout in the «Promo Code» field and click «Apply». The discount will be automatically applied to your total if the code is valid for your purchase.

How will I know if my order is confirmed?

After you have placed your order, you will receive an acknowledgement e-mail from us to confirm that your orders have been received. However, do note that orders will only be shipped when your credit card payment has been approved and billing and delivery address is verified. Alternatively, you may check the status of your order in “My Account” if you are a registered user.

I have problems adding items to my shopping cart?

You will be able to add the items as long as it is available. There could be an instance where the item is in someone else’s shopping cart hence the status of the items is reflected as “Temporarily Unavailable”.

How do I search for a specific item?

Please simply click the magnifying glass icon in the menu bar then click the search bar and type your request.

What if an item is out of stock?

If a desired item is out of stock, click on “Chat with us”. Enter your email address in the pop-up to be notified when the item is back in stock. Your data will be deleted within 30 days after the message has been sent.

When can I return my order?

You are eligible to return your order within 30 day of receipt of your order.

What are the return conditions?

You may return undamaged and
unworn items purchased online within 30 days of receipt, provided they are in saleable condition and in their original packaging. All items must have original tags, labels, and hygiene stickers attached. No returns will be accepted without the original sales receipt. We will process your refund in the same form as your original payment within 10 days of receiving the returned item. Please note that it may take 3-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account. For returns, please use the original box and packaging materials if possible, and include the completed
returns section of the packing slip in your package. Use the prepaid shipping label and drop off your package at any FedEx location. Return items should be

How do I return my order?

Each shipment comes with a FedEx return label for easy returns. If your package is missing a label or you require an additional one, please contact our customer support at hello@myidealine.com.

Return Instructions:

(A) Repackage the item(s) using the original packaging.

(B) Affix the prepaid return label over any previous shipping labels
on the box.

(C) Drop off the package at your nearest FedEx location. Please note
that pickup services are not available in the United States.

(D) If you choose to handle the return postage yourself, send the

How will I know when my order has been shipped?

You will receive an email notification with your tracking number when your order has been shipped.

Can I modify my order?

It's not possible to modify an order. 

How can I redeem a discount code?

Just simply enter the desired discount code in the «Redeem discount code» slot in your cart, then click «Apply».

Where do you deliver?

We proudly deliver across the entire United States. No matter where you are, you can enjoy our premium European hosiery.

What are your shipping methods?

For domestic orders, we ship via FedEx Ground, USPS, and UPS. Please note that expedited shipping options are available at checkout. Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver to PO boxes.

Can I check the status of my order?

Yes, you can check the status of your order. After placing your order,
you'll receive an email confirmation along with a tracking number. Enter this number in the «TRACK ORDER» field on our website to view the current status. You’ll also receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking link that lets you follow your order’s journey in real time.

How will I know when my order has been shipped?

Once your order is shipped, we will send you an email containing your tracking number.

Where is my order?

Orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days from the time you place your order. Please note that deliveries occur on business days only, excluding weekends and National Holidays.

When placing multiple orders, do I have to pay for shipping costs for each order?

Eligibility for free shipping is determined by the price of each individual purchase. Refer to our shipping cost breakdown for details. Please note that once an order is finalized in our online shop, it cannot be combined with another order.

Are separate orders delivered in one parcel?

Once an order has been completed in the online shop it cannot be combined with another order.

Is there a delivery or return fee?

Returns are free of charge. For details on shipping costs, please visit our shipping page. You should also know that First-time exchanges have no shipping fee. Subsequent exchanges incur a $6.85 shipping fee. You may also choose store credit to avoid handling fees.

What if I received a defective item?

What is the refund policy?
